Postgraduate contracts run for 49 weeks. This means you can stay in your room over the Christmas holiday period.
You can apply for postgraduate accommodation as long as you have received and accepted a conditional or unconditional offer to study at the University. To confirm your place in accommodation, you'll be required to pay a £300 rent pre-payment which is then deducted from your first rent payment.
