Accommodation for returning undergraduate students
Returning undergraduate students going into their second, third or fourth year of study can still apply for a range of University accommodation. Our shorter-term contract options offer flexibility if you’re going to be doing a semester abroad and don’t need accommodation for the full year.

Availability for returning undergraduate students in January 2026
The following properties are available for returning undergraduate students who have been studying abroad and require accommodation for the Spring semester.
- Alexander Court standard flats
- Beech Court ensuite flats
- John Forty's Court
- Lyon Crescent
- Union Street Development

Applying for accommodation
Applications for returning undergraduate students requiring accommodation for January 2026 are now open.
Want to apply as a group of friends?
To apply as a group each person must make an online application. On the “Tell Us a Bit More About Yourself” page of the online application, choose YES to the group question and then list the names and student ID numbers of everyone in your group in the comment box.
