Workshops

Our workshops are available at an additional cost to the membership. They are designed to provide focus and development of a specific area of fitness. 

Workshops will be over a set length of time between 4-8 weeks and sessions will take place at the same time each week. The aim of a workshop is to progress and improve in skills from when you start. 

A new timetable will be released every 3 months.

Men's yoga

Beginner friendly yoga 6 week workshop for men. Learn the benefits yoga has on your physical and mental health.

This workshop will focus on stretching, breathing and relaxation. Suitable for any level from complete beginners, to regular yogis.

Acroyoga Wednesday 2 April 2025 19:30-20:25 Studio 1 1 day

Acroyoga is a physical practice that combines yoga and acrobatic. It includes partner and group acrobatics in which at least one person is lifted.

AcroYoga is a blend of yoga, acrobatics, and Thai massage, relying on the connection between two people to take on poses and positions. No experience or partner needed.
