What first attracted you to choose the University of Stirling to study your course?

I chose to undertake the MSc Digital Media and Communication course at the University of Stirling because it provided the right mix of theoretical and practical work that I was looking for, including case studies from leading businesses, business simulation exercises, industry visits from professionals and more. The course was highly relevant to developing my knowledge and skills in the digital marketing sector.

What are the benefits you found as a result of studying at Stirling?

Studying at Stirling was an unforgettable experience. With good time management, I was able to balance my studies and work comfortably, all whilst still having plenty of time for new experiences, including meeting new people and exploring Scotland for the first time.

What specific feature(s) did you like most about the course?

The course offered a diverse array of modules which gave me the opportunity to select the ones that most suited my interests, helping to push me in the direction and career I wanted to pursue.

What advice would you give to prospective students considering coming to Stirling?

Focus on succeeding in your studies, but don’t forget to enjoy the journey.

If this is your first time travelling away from home to study, Stirling will surely come to feel like a second home, as it has become to me.
