12 to 18 May is Mental Health Awareness Week. This year’s theme is “Community” which is chosen nationally by the Mental Health Foundation.

Being part of a safe, positive community is important for our mental health and wellbeing. Our programme of events this year focuses on activities which will get you involved in the University community, whether it is attending miniature horse therapy, yoga classes, an aromatherapy workshop or friendship bracelet making!
